All of Us Freelance Project Manager

We are recruiting for a Freelance Project Manager to join our team.

All of Us

The Project Manager will be working as part of the All of Us project.

All of Us aims to reimagine our workforce – empowering, recruiting, and retaining people who identify as d/Disabled. With a vital strand investigating the intersection of d/Disability, caring responsibilities, and people from the Global Majority.

The programme will see our inclusion work expand and be at the heart of everything we do, placing MAC as a leader within the West Midlands arts sector. We aim to facilitate access to a wide variety of creative and local experiences for d/Disabled people and enhance our connection with local communities.

About the role

The Project Manager will be integral in implementing community research findings and leading on EDI initiatives for the organisation. You will be the glue between the HR Team and Arts and Community teams, having a good working knowledge of arts project management as well as inclusive practices and programmes.  The role will focus on advocacy and supporting longer-term change within the organisation.
