Friendly group. Does not matter how good you are.
I really enjoy Phil’s tai chi class. It’s good exercise and keeps me much more supple than I would otherwise be. I have a chronic back problem. At 76 I do not find it easy to remember all the movements, but Phil is very patient and understanding and never makes me feel like an idiot!
I really enjoy the tai chi class as it gives me the opportunity to relax and unwind with the benefits of mindful movement, which means I am giving myself a general workout. I just love it!
