This termly course aims to provide you with an introduction to the principles of the Alexander Technique and an insight into its practical application.

The course will demonstrate how the Technique works in accordance with anatomical and physiological principles of human functioning. It will show you:
- how to begin to improve the ‘use’ of yourself in your daily life
- how habitual responses to life’s situations limit growth and creativity
