Event Information

Please note these free events will take place on Zoom. 1x ticket = 1x household.

Babies' Adventures in Music (BAM) are really looking forward to welcoming you to their first online family concert of 2021 with MAC. Having recorded an album in the first lockdown of 2020, Sam and Ricardo are now keen to share these songs with you and even invite you to join in on a few!

Perfect for babies and early years children, but for these digital concerts, older children are welcome along too.

BAM delivers warm and interactive performances for babies and their families. They celebrate music by sharing a host of instruments, styles, gentle movements and stimulating sounds. Performances are led by musicians Sam and Ricardo and feature harp, diatonic accordion, a range of stringed instruments, songs in different languages and lots lots more.

Joining the Zoom session

One ticket = one household. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

Once you have booked a spot, we will email you with Zoom log in details.

To get the most out of the experience we recommend that you use a device with the biggest screen possible, and connect it to the best sound system you have available at home.

Music makers

We recommend you make a clear space that allows you and your baby to move around freely. If you can, please bring along some household objects that produce a special sound - this could be pots and pans, a bunch of keys, a bicycle bell, or anything that could transform into a ‘music maker’!

Keep the ‘music makers’ out of sight/reach at the beginning of the session and we’ll let you know when we’re ready to use them.

Further Information

These performances are created in partnership with Curiosity Productions. If you like BAM's music, you can download or purchase a CD via their website.

We would also like to ask you to please consider making a donation to MAC as part of your booking, so we can continue to offer free performances for audiences during our closure.
