What will you learn on this course?
Podcasting has seen huge growth in the 21st Century. This one day course teaches you how to make your own and publish it online. The course covers recording techniques, microphones and recorders (including smart phones), post production and uploading to the web. It also explores popular podcasts and what’s made them successful.
The course is taught by BAFTA winner Michael Clifford, who has produced podcasts and work for BBC Radio 4.
Who is this course for?
This course is suitable for adults aged 18+ years. It is open to learners of all levels. It is suitable for those who are completely new to podcast production and those with some existing skills.
The course is accessible for people of all abilities as a support worker or carer may assist. Carers must book a complimentary ticket if attending a course to provide support. The room is wheelchair accessible. Please contact us to discuss your specific needs.
Do you need to bring anything?
You are not required to bring special equipment for the course. Please bring a note taking device and a USB if you’d like to keep a copy of your work.
