Are you struggling with Anxiety and looking to think and feel happier? Are you ready to learn how you can take back control of your mind?
There is a huge amount of people that feel trapped by their anxiety, understanding why these things are happening is the key to finding a solution to take back control of your mind.
Join Chris and host of celebrities for a journey into your own mind at this special evening for Mental Health Awareness Week.
So what’s going to happen?
You will be taken on a journey into your own mind and discover why mental health issues start. Using a few volunteers from the audience Chris will demonstrate how these thought processes are created.
Chris will talk about phobias, how these are created, and why they cause anxiety. If there is someone at the event with a phobia we will attempt to remove it live on the night.
You will learn techniques that will enable you to take back control of your mind. This will all be reinforced by a group trance hypnotherapy session that will change the way you think and feel.
A few celebrities on the night will be talking about their own mental health issues and how they deal with the pressures of being famous. There will be plenty of opportunities to meet all the celebrities for photos after the show.
Most importantly, there is no requirement to take part in any of the activities. Everyone organising the event just wants you to listen, laugh and enjoy the evening.
Chris Hughes SQHP has been a practising clinical hypnotherapist for 15 years. He regularly works with many celebrities in both TV and therapy. He is a Senior Practitioner with the General Hypnotherapy Register.
