Join Yanyan Yang for a drop-in Tai Chi session out on our Terrace. This morning session, running 10am-11am, is suitable for all ages and levels, and will provide an introduction to Tai Chi.
Tai Chi is a low impact form of exercise. It is suitable for people with limited mobility as they can sit down to do some of the exercises and movements are undertaken within the comfort, capability range and limitations of each individual’s body.
The session will be followed by half an hour of origami in the Terrace Gallery, from 11am-11.30am.
