In a somewhat controversial decision, the French publication Cahiers Du Cinema named Twin Peaks: A Limited Event Series the best film of the last decade in 2019. Is it film? Is it TV? And what’s the difference these days?
These questions (and more) will be tackled by a panel that includes writer and Doctor of Women Surrealists Sabina Stent, Associate Professor in Film and Screen Studies Mike Starr and Lynch aficionado Lucy Beth, plus a virtual link-up with musician and performer Chrystabell, who memorably played FBI Agent Tammy Preston in Twin Peaks: A Limited Event Series.
Includes a secret 4K screening of a critically acclaimed episode from the most recent series of Twin Peaks - one which comes with the blessing of executive producer Sabrina S. Sutherland.
