The culmination of the Voices Now festival headlined by award-winning folk singer and songwriter Sam Lee alongside the renowned Roundhouse choir for a special performance including their BBC Folk Award winning track Lovely Molly.
Also on the bill are the Birmingham City Council Choir, who were formed in 2013 on Gareth Malone’s The Choir: Sing While you Work, and Birmingham’s own The Choir With No Name – a choir for homeless people and those on the very edges of our society.
The Voices Now Gathering brings together choirs, singing groups and choir enthusiasts from all over the UK for a day of workshops and live performances celebrating choral singing. Throughout the day on Saturday 17 September, you can see free performances by Magnificent AK47s, Borough Market Choir, Sheffield Young Singers, Boyband, Rainbow Voices, Notorious and many more choirs.
