About Culture Club: Ceremony of Self Flavia Bertram

We meet on the first Monday of the month to enjoy creative activities in an informal, friendly setting. Tickets are free or pay as you choose.

Ceremony of Self is back at the Culture Club on Mon 14 October. This time, theatre maker Flavia Bertram will lead us in a playful ceremony for self-power through conversation, visualisation, imaginative play, and wild-crown weaving.

Flavia is a theatre maker, community facilitator & multi-disciplinary artist with roots in physical theatre, clown and participatory processes. For the past 15 years, she has been hosting performances, workshops and conversations, and making objects that seek to invigorate the imagination and deepen interconnection between humans and the world we inhabit. She is committed to play, reciprocity and intersectional ecological justice.

If you’re not yet a member of Culture Club and would like to come to this event, please contact Jake Harding, Community Engagement Coordinator at MAC:
