About the show

Advisory age 15+. Show contains strong language.

The show is Mark Thomas's most poignant and personal, focusing on his father, a self-employed builder with a passion for opera, his degenerative illness, and Mark's attempt to put an opera on in a bungalow in Bournemouth.

Written in all of Mark's grumpy glory, Bravo Figaro is about love, death, fathers and sons, and the search for peace in an imperfect world - with a few gags thrown in for luck.

"In the performance I say this is not a show about love, well it turns out I was wrong." - Mark Thomas

Mark Thomas will introduce his show Bravo Figaro, before audiences and Mark will watch the show together. After a short toilet break, Mark will answer any questions you might have, live from his house.
