MAC Credit
We will be extending all credit that expired from 1 January - 30 June 2020 for at least 24 months. All credit received from 1 July 2020 will be valid for 24 months from the date applied.

Customer FAQs
- When will I receive my refund options for my cancelled/postponed event?
We are currently working with a very reduced staff – our Customer Service team are actively contacting all bookers for cancelled/postponed events with refund options via email or telephone. Thank you for your patience during this busy time.
- What are my refund options for cancelled or postponed events?
If you are unable to join us for a postponed date, or if an event has been cancelled, bookers will be given the option to receive either a full refund, credit to their MAC account valid for at least 24 months, or the option to make a donation to MAC for the full or partial cost of their tickets.
Customers will be able to view their MAC credit and date of expiry by logging into their account on our website in due course.
- I am concerned for MAC’s future as an arts centre. How can I support MAC during this time?
MAC is a charity that relies on vital support from our visitors, audiences, trusts and businesses. Without you, the breadth of work in our venue, impact on communities and nurturing future artists would not be possible.
We extend our warmest thanks to our audiences that have chosen to donate a portion of their refund to MAC, transfer their ticket to a future date, or make a one off donation to us whilst we are closed.

- I have booked a hires event at MAC for 2020 – what is the refund process?
Our Customer Service team will contacting any customers with affected hires events to discuss rescheduling their booking via email or telephone.
