Colour Box events are all about viewing and doing

On the first weekend of every month, MAC and Flatpack Festival join forces to deliver Colour Box - a series of events that have been created to delight young imaginations, using creative crafting to bring the magic of cinema alive.

Colour Box presents hands-on creative family workshops led by professional artists and filmmakers. The workshops are followed by immersive screenings showcasing the best family films in our comfy cinema (see below for upcoming events).

List of Events

  1. An anime-style illustration of a young person with short brown hair and amber/orange eyes, wearing what appears to be a blue kimono or yukata with red accents. They have a cheerful, smiling expression and are positioned in front of a bamboo fence with lush green foliage in the background. The art style is typical of Japanese animation, with bright, vibrant colors and the characteristic large expressive eyes common in anime character design.
