About Improv Improvers (PE103 Summer)

Taken an introduction to Improv course? Wondering where to go next? Then this is definitely the course for you!

What will you learn on this course?

Join is on this 12-week follow-on course to advance and develop your improv comedy skills.

Throughout this course you will:

  • hone your short-form game skills
  • understand how to initiate and sustain great improv comedy scenes
  • employ a variety of edit styles and techniques to support fellow players
  • combine scenes into enjoyable longform sets
  • learn a number of longform formats for shows

All while having enormous fun and laughing uproariously!

Towards the end of the course, you can be part of a public showcase performance, providing the perfect opportunity to share your newfound skills with family and friends

Who is this course for?

This course is suitable for adults aged 18+ years. It is open to improvers who have taken the Introduction to Improv course with us at MAC or equivalent elsewhere.

At the heart of MAC is a focus on accessibility and inclusion. Please contact us to discuss your specific access needs. The room is wheelchair accessible. A support worker or carer may assist; carers must book a complimentary ticket if attending to provide support.

Do you need to bring anything?

Please bring water and wear comfortable clothes.
