About Ladies Styling Salsa (ASC133)

Spice up your Salsa with this fun and feel-good course taught by our resident Cuban Salsa teacher Helen Calcutt - designed to help you move with confidence, style, and flair!

What will you learn on this course?

Whether you are brand new or a seasoned Salsa lover looking to level up, this solo-focused class dives into all the essentials: including solo footwork, body isolations, hip rotations, arm styling, turns, and classic shines – all while building your unique flair.

While the vibe is playful and empowering, you'll also be guided with a strong focus on technical precision, ensuring your styling is not just fabulous, but also clean, strong, and dance-floor ready.

No partner work – though everything you learn will level up your dancing with or without a partner.

This course is also an excellent opportunity to socialise and meet new people in your community who share your passion for dance.

Who is this course for?

This course is suitable for adults aged 18+ years. It is open to all levels of dancers.

At the heart of MAC is a focus on accessibility and inclusion. Please contact us to discuss your specific access needs. The room is wheelchair accessible. A personal assistant or companion must book a complimentary ticket if attending to provide support.

Do you need to bring anything?

Please bring water and wear comfortable clothes. Smooth soled shoes with a small heel or trainers are fine for this class.
