About Mosaic Easter Eggs (CSC164)

Welcome to the wonderful world of mosaics! Learn all about Mosaic art and create your very own Easer themed decoration to display at home.

What will you learn on this course?

During this one-day course you will learn how to create a mosaic for your indoor space or outdoors in your garden.

You will learn how to draw a design, transfer it onto your chosen base and how to attach the mosaic tiles. There will be lots of designs for you to look at to give you inspiration.

You will have access to a wide variety of colourful tiles and beads, with lots of pre-cut tiles and shapes so no cutting is required. You will have fun choosing your favourite colours from an extensive selection.

Your finished mosaic will be on a pre-cut egg-shaped wood base which you will be able to hang on a wall or other display. You may even be able to make more than one if time allows.

Please note that your finished mosaics will need time to dry and be grouted. Your art work will be ready for collection within 4 weeks after the date of your workshop. We will contact you when the work is ready. When you arrive at MAC please ask for an Art Studio Technician or a Duty Manager who will be happy to help you retrieve your mosaic.
