Anneliese Delaunay

Anneliese Delaunay is a surface print designer-maker, artist, ceramicist and embroidery specialist who originates from the central county of Staffordshire. After teaching in primary education for many years Anneliese graduated from Staffordshire University with a degree in Surface Pattern and Textile Design where she honed her skills in print, pattern and embroidery and now studies for a Masters Degree in Ceramics.

With a passion for colour and a nostalgic look back to the brightest decades of the 1960s and 70s, Anneliese primarily uses bold shapes and colours in order to build ‘happy prints and patterns’ on textiles and now pottery which is reminiscent of sunny days and is sure to add a smile to your days!
