Helen discovered their passion for yoga over 20 years ago during the first yoga class they participated in at MAC. Helen is now passing on that joy through teaching and sharing what they have learnt and continue to discover about yoga.
Helen's preferred style of yoga is Hatha, which they completed their teacher training in 2016. Helen also has a keen interest in Yin Yoga in which they completed their most recent training course in 2020. Helen incorporates meditation, asana, pranayama and savasana into their practice and the classes they design, which Helen feels are the essential elements.
Yoga has been so beneficial to Helen's wellbeing and they wanted to share it so that others could also benefit from it.
