Natalia Levene
Natalia is a dedicated and compassionate wellbeing specialist. Trained in ashtanga, vinyasa, yin and pregnancy yoga, Natalia infuses her classes with the ancient wisdom of yoga and a harmonious blend of mindful movement, breathwork, and meditation. Designed to not only nourish the physical body but to also cultivate mental clarity and emotional balance. Natalia creates a safe and inclusive space where students can explore the transformative power of yoga, fostering a sense of inner peace and self-discovery.
Complementing her role as a yoga teacher, Natalia is an integrative therapist. Her approach integrates various therapeutic modalities, including psychodynamic theory, gestalt therapy, African centred restorative praxis, mindfulness, and somatic awareness, creating a holistic and personalized path to healing.
Natalia is a lover of the outdoors and enjoys a range of creative pursuits. She regularly enjoys exhibitions, performances and creative classes at MAC and is excited to support the community at MAC on their yoga and wellbeing journeys.
