Working with stitch gives you a different perspective on time, Tina measures her days in inches not hours.

After bidding on a box of embroidery transfers Tina opened it to find that it contained a whole womans life in knit and stitch patterns. From a going away outfit, to baby bootees and matinee jackets. From school uniforms to embelishments for the home. Then on to more modern patterns for matinee jackets. A true artist using her skills to create love.

Tina decided to find these artists who didn't see themselves as such because "stitching is just something I do" and decided to elevate what was seen as home crafts.

Fast forward Tina is now a published author, creates exceptional stitch kits and teaches stitch around the world. Based in Birmingham Tina is passionate about opportunities for all and so l her community stitch projects use exactly the same quality of components and yarn that are used in her own practice.
