Green Futures Den Building

We invite families to gather in the trees at Cannon Hill Park to build dens using reclaimed materials. Create, climb and play in the woods, learn shelter-making skills and swing in a hammock! Led by We Forest Folk.

Please meet in the foyer, where a member of our team will lead you to the workshop location in Cannon Hill Park. If you arrive late, you’ll still be able to find us by following these instructions or referring to the map.

Exit MAC via the back entrance and head into the park along one of the main paths between the Canoe Pool and the tennis courts. The Boer War Memorial will be on your left. Continue along the paved path, and after a short walk you’ll see a group of trees on your left and the workshop sign. Den Day is located among those trees.

All children must be accompanied by an adult.
