Join the Wasila Book Club for their first Ramadan Reading Group! Ramadan is the month of Qur’anic revelation, a time dedicated to reciting and reflecting upon the noble words of Allah Almighty through His Book.
In honour of the spiritual tradition of imparting knowledge, the Ramadan Reading Group has been created for women to come together and connect through books. Whether you are reading to draw closer to Allah Almighty, His Beloved RasoolAllah (peace be upon him) or to develop understanding of the Islamic faith, join us in suhba. We would love to hear your short reflections through a summary or quote from the book you are reading. Likewise, if you would like to join us in listening mode you are most welcome!
Bring a pen, notebook, and where possible a copy of the book you will be sharing with the group!
Suitable for girls and women aged 12+
A list of book recommendations will be sent to attendees following the event.
