Birmingham TreePeople

A chance to speak to the nature-loving urban forest volunteers at Birmingham TreePeople and pick up materials at their stall about their aims to plant, protect and promote trees and the urban forest.

Incredible Surplus CIC

Learn about the work of Incredible Surplus, an organisation that intercepts food and other usable materials that would otherwise go to waste. There will even be a chance to talk to them about upcoming volunteer opportunities.

City of Nature (Birmingham City Council)

Visit this stall for a variety of information about nature-based health interventions and nature connectedness with exciting and educational activities you can pick up and take out into the park.

Community Energy Birmingham

Come and talk to the team at Community Energy Birmingham and learn about how they are reducing carbon emissions in the city. Visit their stall to pick up samples of insulation materials and free energy efficiency measures.

Culture Declares Emergency and Salt Road

Pop along for a creative range of events such as drop in biophilic (love of nature) art workshop, drawing, field microscope, machine learning artwork and more.

Greenpeace Birmingham

Get creative with a range of immersive activities for kids! Including nature-themed face and arm painting, drawing sheets, and an interactive ‘mini beach-clean'.

Better Streets For Birmingham

Visit the stall for Better Streets For Birmingham and have a chat with volunteers about activities and campaigns that make Birmingham streets safer for all. Leaflets and sign-up sheets will be available.
