Terms and conditions

Vouchers may be redeemed in person at our box office, by phone or online vouchers may be used for all transactions through our box office, including fees (where applicable) and donations.

Vouchers are valid up to 24 months from the original date they were applied to your account. Please use your credit or gift voucher before its expiry date as we cannot extend the date of the credit or gift voucher beyond this. Credits and gift vouchers are not refundable and, if not used before their expiry will be treated as a charitable donation to MAC

Vouchers may be used as whole or in part payment for tickets to the value indicated on the voucher.

Vouchers cannot be exchanged for other goods or cash or be applied to the payment of tickets already purchased.

Tickets are sold subject to availability at the time of booking.

Any change will be credited to your account.

Please note that gift vouchers cannot be applied for KILN, MAC Bar or MAC Shop.
