Booking tickets

You can book online 24 hours a day, or contact our team during the opening hours listed above.

Ticket delivery: We recommend opting for an e-ticket emailed immediately to you. Alternatively, you can select to have your tickets posted to you, or collect them at our Welcome Desk during MAC's opening hours.

Access tickets: To book access tickets, wheelchair seats or companion seats, please call us on 0121 446 3232 or visit our Welcome Desk.

Concessions

We offer concessions for under 16s on price bands A and B. Please note that for events specifically designed for this age group, a concession is automatically built into the ticket price e.g. for a children's course, or family cinema tickets.

Free companion seats are available for people with access needs.

Group and school discounts

MAC offers all groups one free ticket for every 10 tickets booked. For school visits, we refer to this as 'teacher goes free'.

Should your group consist of individuals with additional needs, please get in touch with us to discuss any requirements.

KILN offers a huge range of food and drink options with a children's menu. We can also provide meal deals and lunch packages at a good rate. On occasion and only by prior arrangement, we may be able to provide educational groups with a private room for lunches.

Refunds and resales

Please check your tickets carefully on receipt and contact us immediately if you have any queries as we won’t be able to refund your tickets unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled. See our full terms and conditions here

For outdoor events, refunds will not be issued if the event goes ahead for more than a 30 minute period, regardless of weather conditions, or if the event is moved indoors. If weather conditions force the cancellation of the event entirely, before the start of the performance, full refunds will be offered.

MAC may make alterations to the advertised event, programme or casting in reasonable circumstances without any obligation to refund monies or exchange tickets. MAC may cancel any event without notice and without liability for compensation or damage other than up to a full refund of the ticket price paid.

Tickets are not transferable and their resale for profit or commercial gain or use in promotions and packages without our express permission is prohibited and may render them void.

Filming and photography

Mobile phones and other electronic devices must be on silent in the performances spaces.

The unauthorised use of cameras, video, digital or sound recording is prohibited at all events and such items may be confiscated by venue staff.

If filming or photographing is taking place in a public space, we will notify customers via signs. We will always give customers the option to not be featured in filming or photography. You can get in touch with us by emailing [email protected].
