About BFI LFF: Minotaur

Russia, 2022. When Gleb, a successful company director, finds himself under siege from mounting corporate pressures and an increasingly unstable world, the collapse of his carefully ordered life accelerates toward violence. Andrey Zvyagintsev transposes Claude Chabrol’s La Femme Infidèle to contemporary Russia, delivering a magnificent political allegory that dissects the mechanics of ego, violence and corruption.

Presented as part of the 70th BFI London Film Festival.
