An older man with long grey hair and a grey beard smiles and glances upward as he tips a black top hat with one fingerless-gloved hand. He wears a navy velvet coat, a patterned dark waistcoat with a pocket watch chain, and a knitted burgundy scarf, and holds a walking stick in his other hand. Behind him, a snowy Victorian-style street is lined with market stalls whose columns are wrapped in purple and gold striped fabric with bows, stacks of books, and a hanging lantern. A brick building and a few blurred passersby are visible in the background.
