Mathew Horne: In Conversation
EventAbout Mathew Horne: In Conversation
We’re talking all things Gavin & Stacey at this very special event, with none other than its lead Mathew Horne!
It wasn’t long after audiences were first introduced to characters like Gavin, Stacey, Smithy, Nessa, Pam, Mick and Uncle Bryn that Gavin & Stacey became the nation’s best loved series. Creators Ruth Jones and James Corden gave us three captivating series of the show and two Christmas Day specials; the latter of which – the series finale – was the best watched programme on British television on the day.
For the very first time since the show’s finale, Mathew Horne is sitting down in front of a live audience, in conversation about his Gavin & Stacey journey – from his favourite moments, behind the scenes anecdotes as well as the show’s impact on his own day-to-day life. We’ll also be touching on Mathew’s other work, including his comedy partnership with Catherine Tate and his working relationship with James Corden.
Presented as part of the Forward Film Festival, celebrating film, television and the people who make it. Learn more at www.forwardfilmfestival.com. In association with Square Eyes TV Festival.
