In 1980s Hollywood, adult film star and aspiring actress Maxine Minx finally gets her big break. But as a mysterious killer stalks the starlets of Hollywood, a trail of blood threatens to reveal her sinister past.

Ti West concludes his transgressive trilogy that began with X and continued with Pearl, giving Mia Goth another chance to shine in a film that takes inspiration from the Italian giallo genre as well as Hitchcock and the dark history of Hollywood itself.
