About Savages

In Borneo, on the edge of the great rainforest, Kéria takes in a baby orang-utan found on the oil palm plantation where her father works. At the same time, her young cousin Selaï comes to live with them to escape the conflict between his nomadic family and the logging companies.

Together, Kéria, Selaï and the baby monkey will fight against the destruction of the ancestral forest, which is more threatened than ever. But for Kéria, this fight will also be an opportunity to discover the truth about her origins.
