A woman wearing all white clothes crouches down to give something to a small child in front of her. A smiling boy wearing a Scooby Doo top stands next to her. In the background is a screen along with other families and children.

About touch screen

Join artist Sarah Hamilton Baker for an amazing sensory journey through film designed to immerse audiences in light, sounds and movement. In these unique relaxed events that are part screening and part performance, audiences are invited to touch, smell and feel their way through a collection of colourful short films in MAC’s spacious theatre.

These accessible screenings are designed with disabled children and their families in mind, but all children and their families of any age are very welcome. Each showing is suitable for a maximum of 20 people and lasts approximately 50 minutes.

Screenings for schools are also available on Thursday 23 and Friday 24 January at 10am and 11.30am.

For more information and to book spaces for a school group, please contact [email protected]
or call 0121 446 3232.
