DJ School for Adults (ASC102)

Ever wanted to learn to be a DJ? Have a passion for music and making people dance? Now is your chance at DJ School for Adults!

What will you learn on this course?

During this two-day course you will learn:

• The basic equipment that DJs use
• Guided tour of the mixer and decks
• Introduction to mixing techniques
• Song Selection
• Queueing
• Syncing and Beatmatching
• Effects like spinbacks, rewinds and more!
• Learn to seamlessly mix from one tune to another.

No previous experience required, just a passion for music and making people dance.

Who is this course for?

This course is suitable for adults aged 18+ years. It is open to beginners with no previous experience as full instruction and guidance is given.

At the heart of MAC is a focus on accessibility and inclusion. Please contact us to discuss your specific access needs. The room is wheelchair accessible. A personal assistant or companion must book a complimentary ticket if attending to provide support.

Do you need to bring anything?

Please bring USB stick with you and a selection of your own dance music. All other equipment will be supplied, but you are welcome to bring your own headphones.
