About Soundbath in Nature with the Manoj Collective

Join us for a soundbath set within the beautiful surroundings of Genevieve Robertson's exhibition Under the Orange Sticks of the Sun.

With stunning floor to ceiling artworks, all created with natural materials, this unique setting will encourage you to connect with nature, breath and body in a supportive, nourishing environment. Over 60 minutes, you’ll be guided by local sound practitioner Manoj of Manoj Collective through an immersive sound journey.

Using a range of instruments including crystal bowls, gongs and chimes, you’ll be guided into a state of deep relaxation and gentle connection with your inner world.

The benefits of sound meditation are wide-ranging, from calming the nervous system to supporting rest and clarity, but it’s something that truly needs to be experienced to be understood.

This class is for adults aged 18+ years. It is open to all levels with no previous experience required.

Please arrive at 5.45pm - the sound experience begins promptly at 6pm.

To preserve the safety of the space, unfortunately latecomers will not be admitted.

Comfortable clothing is recommended as we will be lying down or seated for the session. Please bring your own blanket and yoga mat and anything extra to help you feel comfortable perhaps an extra blanket, chunky socks or an eye pillow. Some chairs, mats, bolsters and blankets are available if needed.

You should avoid having a meal during the 2 hours before the class. Please note that this class is not designed for pregnant women. All students should inform the tutor of any ongoing health problems.

At the heart of MAC is a focus on accessibility and inclusion. Please contact us to discuss your specific access needs. The room is wheelchair accessible. A personal assistant or companion must book a complimentary ticket if attending to provide support.
