Full payment is required ahead of booking(s), payment can be made the following ways:
1) - You can call us on 0121 446 3250 stating your invoice number or by quoting your event date, room details and your full name,
2) - You can use the bank details on the invoice or confirmation/pro forma invoice to make a bank transfer. The due date will be noted on the document(s). Please make sure to use your event date, room details and full name as a payment reference so that we can reconcile your payment with your event. Contact the Sales and Events Team here to obtain our bank details.
3) - You can pay by card online by clicking here. This will redirect you to our World Pay Secure Payment System. To make sure that we can reconcile your payment with your event, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to confirm payment, this will allow us to send you a receipt.
