About Enzo
In the south of France, 16-year-old Enzo (Eloy Pohu) rejects the prestigious life envisioned for him by his parents Paolo (Pierfrancesco Favino) and Marion (Élodie Bouchez), preferring to occupy himself on a construction site, handling cement under the blazing European sun.
Far from the bounds of his parents' chic villa, tensions simmer as relentless questions and pressures weigh on Enzo's future. As he befriends a charismatic Ukrainian colleague Vlad (Maksym Slivinskyi), Enzo's own questions of belonging and identity only deepen. Enzo explores family expectation and pressures in the modern world.
Directed by Robin Campillo (120 BPM), who took over the project after the passing of his close friend (Palme d'Or winner Laurent Catet), Enzo is a stunning self-described 'temple', built by one collaborator for another.
