TV archivists Kaleidoscope present a unique cultural retrospective of how television has portrayed state religion over the past few decades.

10am: Seven Deadly Sins - A Cold Heart
Rediffusion’s ground breaking series of plays about the seven deadly sins depicted by the early Christian church.

10.45am: Blue Peter Special Assignment – Rome
Val, John and Peter explore the origins of the Christian religion in the Roman Empire.

11.15am: Seven Deadly Sins - The Erpingham Pride
Another classic play about the sin of pride as defined by the early Christian church.
