About Summer Yoga Brunch (ASC123)

Join us for an energising practice as we come together to move and nourish our bodies this summer season.

What will you learn on this course?

We’ll begin the morning with an invigorating Vinyasa class, a flowing dynamic practice linking body and breath.

The class will run for 75mins with time built in at the end to gently ease out of the practice and move on the next part of your day.

Served in our Garden Studio, your morning will conclude with a delicious seasonal brunch, served buffet style including:

  • Bagels with a selection of fillings, including a vegan option.
  • Fresh fruit platter
  • Yogurt and homemade granola with a fruit compote
  • A selection of pastries
  • Freshly made smoothies
  • Tea and coffee

Please inform us of any dietary requirements at the point of booking.

Who is this course for?

This course is for adults aged 18+ years. It is open to students of all levels, including beginners with no previous yoga experience, and for improvers who are wishing to deepen their practice.

Yoga is an individual experience and alternative options for the postures will be offered where possible so that each student is able to relax their body and mind throughout the session.

At the heart of MAC is a focus on accessibility and inclusion. Please contact us to discuss your specific access needs. The room is wheelchair accessible. A support worker or carer may assist; carers must book a complimentary ticket if attending to provide support.

You should avoid having a meal during the 2 hours before the class. Please note that this course is not designed for pregnant women. All students should inform the tutor of any ongoing health problems.

Do you need to bring anything?

Please wear comfortable clothes that allow free movement. You must bring your own yoga mat, though some are available, and a blanket or extra layer of clothing to keep you warm during meditation.
