Your account

We’ve created new preferences within your MAC account so that you can tell us about your access requirements.

Our new feature allows you to book accessible tickets online, and it also means we can see if you have additional requirements when you visit us. This means we can aim to provide the best support, tailor the information you receive and ultimately give you the best possible experience.

We’re piloting this process and will continue to make adjustments in the coming weeks. We welcome your feedback - please contact our marketing team with your thoughts and suggestions.

Setting up your accessibility preferences

Step 1

If you do not have an online MAC account you can create one by visiting the account page, completing your details and selecting the relevant accessibility preferences when prompted.

Step 2

If you already have an online account with us, please visit the 'Other Preferences' section in 'My Account' and select the relevant accessibility preferences.

  • I am a mobility scooter user

  • I am a wheelchair user

  • I would prefer to transfer to a seat

  • I am blind or visually impaired

  • I require Audio Description

  • I am D/deaf or Hard of Hearing

  • I am a BSL user

  • I use Descriptive Subtitles

  • I need assistance in the event of an evacuation

You can tick multiple options, so please tick all that apply to you before clicking Save.

Tip - after selecting the above option/s in your account you may have to log out and back in again in order for the system to recognise your requirements.

You only need to do this once - when your account preferences have been updated you will not need to do this part of the process again. You will now be able to book accessible tickets, whenever you are logged into your MAC account.
