Our MAC Multi-Buy Offer replaces our current offers (including Screen Saver) with an enhanced offer to include discounts across our wider programme of events which includes theatre, dance, live music, comedy, as well as cinema.
Now, NT Live screenings, Special Events and Event Screenings are also eligible for discounts. This is an accumulator offer meaning you don’t need to make your purchases all at once to get the benefit. Our system will calculate your attendance over a fixed 12 month period and apply the relevant deduction for further purchases in the same year.
This promotion applies to bookings made between 1 September 2019 and 31 August 2020. The event date may be later than this, but the discount is based on the date of purchase.
- After you’ve purchased your fourth film or performance, you unlock a 15% discount on all subsequent bookings.
- After your ninth event, that increases to 20%.
See our full Terms & Conditions for MAC Multi-Buy for more information.
Where concessionary tickets are available, they are shown in brackets.
Concessionary tickets apply to the following groups but please note that our staff are required to check ID for every concession price ticket, so be sure to bring proof of eligibility each time you visit.
- Under 16s (on Price Bands A and B). Please note that for events specifically designed for this age group, a concession is automatically built into the ticket price e.g child's course, or family cinema tickets
- Companion seats are available for those with access needs

For those of you who like to really make an occasion of your trip and come to MAC with a group of friends and colleagues, we are happy to offer a special discount – after all, if you’re the organiser of a party booking, it’s hard work!
Across all MAC events and activities for every 10 tickets you book for a single event, we will give you the 11th ticket absolutely free. (Sorry, but this doesn’t apply for events organised by companies hiring the venue.)
Please check your tickets carefully on receipt and contact us immediately if you have any queries as we won’t be able to refund your tickets unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled.
For outdoor events, refunds will not be issued if the event goes ahead for more than a 30 minute period, regardless of weather conditions, or if the event is moved indoors. If weather conditions force the cancellation of the event entirely, before the start of the performance, full refunds will be offered.
MAC may make alterations to the advertised event, programme or casting in reasonable circumstances without any obligation to refund monies or exchange tickets. MAC may cancel any event without notice and without liability for compensation or damage other than up to a full refund of the ticket price paid.
Tickets are not transferable and their resale for profit or commercial gain or use in promotions and packages without our express permission is prohibited and may render them void.
All tickets are sold subject to the Data Protection Act 1998: a copy of MAC's Data Protection Policy is available on request.
We know that being late can happen – and usually for reasons outside your control – so we'll do our best to help you take your seats as soon as possible. However, you may have wait until a suitable break in the performance before being admitted and, at a few performances, may not be admitted at all.
Our cinema has a strict no latecomers policy, due to requests from our patrons.
For the sake of everyone’s enjoyment, mobile phones, pagers and other digital/electronic devices must be on silent in the performances spaces.
The unauthorised use of cameras, video, digital or sound recording is prohibited at all events and such items may be confiscated by venue staff.
I've booked for an online live-stream/event. How do I watch from home?
Online performances will be streamed via a private YouTube link that will be available to watch via our website. To watch performances at home, visit the event page and simply log on to your MAC account.
We recommend logging in at least five minutes ahead of the start time, so you’re ready to watch the performance as soon as we go live.
Ticket holders will be contacted upon completing purchases via email, and we will provide the unique link to you ahead of performances.
What equipment will I need to watch the show?
You must have a compatible iPad, desktop, or laptop computer.
It is recommended audiences check they have a stable internet connection ahead of the show to enjoy the best experience.
In these uncertain times, the team at MAC have found ways to bring culture and creativity to our audiences at home. We’re new to live-streaming events online, so please bear with us in the unlikely event that we have a technical error.
If you experience technical difficulties, please get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
