About Alfred Hitchcock Presents… at The Mockingbird

Join Rebecca McCallum of the Talking Hitchcock Podcast for this macabre event celebrating Alfred Hitchcock Presents, the classic anthology series that ran for ten years between 1955 and 1965.

Full of murder most foul and plenty of dark humour, episodes across the series’ lengthy run featured appearances from the likes of Bette Davis, Claude Rains and Walter Matthau, whilst Hitch directed a number of instalments himself. Rebecca will be introducing the series and analysing its place in the televisual pantheon, followed by a screening of three classic episodes – Breakdown, One More Mile To Go and Lamb To the Slaughter (the latter written by Roald Dahl).

Please note: this event is taking place at The Mockingbird Cinema in Digbeth.
