About our events

The vibrant celebration of Pakistani and British Pakistani arts and culture returns with a line-up of Qawwali, theatre, film and more. Honouring the legacy of festival co-founder, the late Councillor Waseem Zaffar, the festival brings communities together through creativity, pride and shared experience. Everyone welcome.

  8. Three South Asian musicians perform outdoors on a colorful patterned rug. The central figure wears a vivid red embroidered vest with tasseled fringe and a red-and-purple striped turban, playing a double-piped wind instrument (likely a satara/algoza). To the left, a man in a white kurta and embroidered vest plays a stringed instrument resting on his lap. To the right, a man in a blue cap and patterned vest plays a dhol-style hand drum. A fourth partially visible person sits behind them. The backdrop shows a mud-brick structure and dense green trees under a hazy sky.
